A little birdie told me you might enjoy these!!!
Bird Ballad Demo Swap Cards. This weeks demo swap Show & Tell features the Bird Ballad Suite of goodies. Now if you remember, I focused on this suite back in June. This is a very popular suite and there are lots of samples out there to look at. But I wanted to share these three with you today.
Bird Ballad Demo Swap Card 1
Here we have a fun card done on Calypso Coral cardstock. I love the way this striped designer series paper is so easy to use in both large and small sample sized. Here Heidi stamped the trio of birds for a background image and then created the focal point on the single bird. A lovely job of coloring with the Blends and using all the coordinating colors to pull the finished card together.
A little note… Demo Swap Card 2
This designer series paper really can make a card almost all alone. Here is trimmed down and layered on coordinating cardstock of Crushed Curry and Bermuda Bay. It really makes the bird and flower images pop on the DSP. Then Sue used the sentiments and a fancy die cut tag to embellish. I think it is super sweet.
Thank you… Demo Swap Card 3
Here Erin has used the Crumb Cake and Pool Party cardstock to create a two tone card front for the card. Then with a smaller sample of the cardstock, similar to the card above, she mounted it the So Saffron cardstock to frame the images. A quick tag sentiment and a linen thread bow. Just beautiful and not difficult at all.
