You Can Make It #simplestamping
It seemed fitting to share this You Can Make It Project – Birthday Statements today. Today my oldest son turns 20! Which is sentimental and astonishing all on it’s own as a mother. It really has been a long, strange, and never-boring journey these past two decades. But, it also has significance to my stamping journey as well.
It was just about the time I was starting a family with my husband, that my sister-in-law introduced me to Stampin’ Up! I thought it was fabulous, I put in a huge order at the first party I attended and haven’t stopped since. Eventually, it was the right time for me to join as a demonstrator. First, for the discount and great upline group. Then for the joy of meeting, stamping, and sharing it with so many wonderful people. So, each year, when Zach turns a year older… HAPPY BIRTHDAY ZACH! I also celebrate that I am still stamping and enjoying it… so HAPPY STAMPING to me!
Birthday Statements Stamp Set
These are simple stamping projects, that you could send to just about anyone on your Birthday Card list! All you need is Paper, Ink and Stamps! No adhesive, no paper cutter, no big shot required for these fantastic cards. And if you love to color, like I do, then these could be just what you need for a fun, relaxing afternoon.
Putting it all together…
Simply open up the pack of 20 – Whisper White Note cards and Envelopes. Fold them in half, and crease them on the scored line. Then mount your stamps to the labels (these are cling stamps, so read the instructions or ask me for help). Mount your stamp to your clear block, and ink it up on the Rich Razzleberry stamp pad. Let them dry for a few minutes, and then start adding color with the watercolor pencils. Want a more blended look to your coloring, add the Blender Pen pack to your order, and smooth out all those pencil lines with ease.
