Merry Moose & Peaceful Boughs
It’s Demo Swap Show & Tell today. I have three sample cards to share. One features the Merry Moose bundle that I have been featuring in project this week. The other two showcase the Peaceful Boughs bundle. Let’s take a look at them.
Merry Moose Demo Swap Show & Tell
With this Merry Moose sample project, we have that great Plaid paper working for us as a focal border behind the Moose. I love the shadowed Moose along the plaid as well. The Woodland embossing folder is used to create a textured background on the card front, which is what I did on yesterdays sample if you remember.
I really like the way Marcy stamped and colored her moose image for the center oval section. The stamped trees add to the image, and the shading of the image really makes it come to life. This is an excellent swap.
Peaceful Boughs Demo Swap Show & Tell
Here we have a sample by Vangie, and she also used the Plaid DSP from the catalog to help build her card. The paper has a gold metallic strip running through it. I love the rich greens and blues here and the gold foil embellishments the added from the coordinating dies. It really all comes together very nicely. Plus the fancy fold element adds just a little bit more!
Here we have the sample swapped by Natalie featuring the Peaceful Boughs set again. This one is done with our neutral collection of colors. Crumb Cake cardstock and I think stamped background with Soft Suede ink. Then Copper Foil elements and embellishments to add sparkle and shine. A fairly basic layout, but with much creativity added to make it unique.
