Giving Thanks & Big Announcement
Hello friends and followers! So this message is written today with a bit of sadness, but also some new excitement. But before I get to that, I need to take care of a little business.

Giving Thanks & Big Announcement
I want to tell all of you reading my blog, I am thrilled that you continue to read by daily blog emails. I really do enjoy sharing my projects. It’s like my own personally escape and helps me put my nervous energy into something productive.
In a little less than 2 years I have published over 500 posts her on my blog hosted on my website! I have learned so much about website, coding, SEO, publishing, it’s like having gone to school again. And those of you who know me personally, know I strive to excel and push myself to learn everyday.
But that being said, I have made a big decision. Heartfelt, a bit disappointing, and all together sad until I found a solution. Keep reading to find out more.
& BIG ANNOUNCEMENT
I have decided to let my website end. I know it is a big shock, I hate giving anything up that I am enjoying. The blog has been embedded into my living and breathing each day. But actually it has been becoming day and night, weekends, and all consuming.
Truth 1 – I work it like a full time job! Well I love it. I love sharing and I love to be good at something.
Truth 2 – It does not pay like a full time job! Not that I expected it to, but I did think it could launch me into a bigger circle of stampers who would purchase with me, and in a way earn me a bigger commission.
Truth 3 – Most of you reading this, are either my long time friends and loyal Stampin’ Up customers, or SU! Demonstrators yourself.
Truth 4 – Family economics are changing quickly here in the Webster House. So I don’t have the disposable income I once had to pamper my stamping hobby! I have actually paid more to services providers and fees for hosting this website this year, then I have purchased in SU! supplies for my own use. That’s just sad.
So what am I going to do?
I am going to pivot! It seems like with everything going on this year, we have all done a bit of pivoting in our lives and choices. So here we go…
I was introduce to a service site called These Are My Stamps. It is for all stampers, not just demo’s but it has a paid blog service. It is much more economical for me, and for the longevity of my blogging.
This will allow me to three things I ultimately want for myself and for sharing with you.
- A BLOG – to share my projects and direct you to projects when I post them on my social medial spaces.
- A CARD GALLERY – you and others can quickly view my card gallery of projects, and I can add the products I used, and instructions if I wish. The projects are then printable if you want a paper copy. [So like a tutorial.]
- A CATALOG OF MY STAMPS – I can log into the site on my account and log my stamp sets, tools, and most other supplies I own. You can also, mark them as I want, or buy it! I haven’t played with it enough yet to know exactly how it all works, but it looks promising.
Anyway… I’m moving my BLOG!
NEW ADDRESS: pumpkinhillstampers.thesearemystamps.com
You can go take a peek! There isn’t much there yet… and I will eventually re-direct pumpkinhillstampers.com to go there.
So what can you expect from me?
This is probably the last email you will get from my blog for a few weeks. Maybe until the first part of 2021. I have some packing and moving to do! At least in cyberspace. I need to archive and back up all my projects. Then re-post them on the new blog. They probably will not all get moved over, but I would at least like to try and re-post any that have videos.
I have a video library that includes 400 projects! It’s going to take time.
How can you stay connected with me during this transition?
Join my Facebook Group – I will post any Stampin’ Up! News and Promotions there. I will still pop in for the Friday Follow Along project as well. I might be busy with electronic projects, but I still need my stamping fix!
SHOP WITH ME! Become a member of my Customer Facebook Page as well. I share daily blog sketch challenge ideas from the many sites I like to follow. I also share bonus projects, tutorials, and the demo swap cards I have in my collection.
If you are shopping online, and your order is under $150, please use the host code. As a thank you, I will send you a hand-stamped card! Plus you will be invited to join my Exclusive Customer Group on Facebook! & have access to all my shared tutorials.
Please feel free to leave me comments, ask questions, or just go join my FB Group with the link above. This isn’t Good-Bye, just See You Soon!
