I Believe | Christmas Means More |#MCC19
Welcome to this week’s first project for Mystery CASE #MCC19. This week we are focusing on our beautiful embossing folders. What a wonderful way to add texture, images, and design to our cards. Next to heat embossing, dry embossing with our folders is probably my favorite way to craft cards.
Here are the Mystery Clues for this week.
I Believe | Christmas Means More |#MCC19 Project
Let’s start with the Stampin’ Show & Tell Demonstration of this project. I will take you through the process of each layer and element. Then construct the card for you.
Embossing Folder: I choose to design with the new Evergreen Forest 3D Embossing folder, and made it my main image for the card. This is a wonderful folder that gives us different depths of tree images.
Stamp Set: I used the Christmas Means More stamp set for my sentiment. I heat embossed it with Gold Emboss powder.
Colored Embellishment: You can see I selected a bright Real Red Ribbon for just a flag of ribbon revealed along the sentiment.
Decorative Dies & Frames: The scalloped rectangle die from Stitched So Sweetly was used to die-cut the second layer of embossed trees. The Tasteful Labels dies were used to die-cut the embossed sentiment.
Coordinating Cardstock: You can see I used Whisper White for all my layers. I wanted a nice crisp image, like a forest in white!
