Mystery CASE June 1 – #MCC5
It’s Monday, so we have a new Mystery CASE Card to craft fun solutions for. That’s how I think of these projects, fun crafting mysteries! We may all start out with the same supplies and materials. But what we choose to create with them becomes our own personal crafting mystery. Please remember, my card project today is just one possibility. I hope you enjoy today’s Mystery Card I am going to share with you.
Here are the Clues for today’s Mystery CASE Card.
I wanted to share an INK TECHNIQUE with you today. It’s not new, but it might be something you haven’t tried before. And I use a Q-Tip instead of a section of sponge or dauber to apply my ink. Don’t let tools stop you from trying techniques. There is often an alternative solution to get the crafting done!
Okay, ready to see the Stampin’ Show & Tell Demonstration? Here we go, enjoy the tutorial and then get creative. Please remember, I invite you to craft, and then share your creation with us her on the Show & Tell blog. If you snap a photo and email it me, I will add your name to the photo and share it on the next CLUES post at the end of the week. Happy Stampin!
Mystery CASE June 1 Stampin’ Show & Tell Video Demonstration
In the product list below I have included three alternatives to using Q-tips here. However, one suggestion I have for you is to use one sponge section or dauber for each color. Don’t mix your colors, as you may just end up with a color you were not expecting!
- The Stampin’ Sponges – which can be cut up into wedges and then separated.
- Sponge Daubers – they slip onto your fingertip like a thimble, and you can add ink easily with them. Slightly less messy than the Stampin’ Sponges.
- Sponge Brayer – this allows you to roll ink over your cardstock. So if you had a large area to cover, link in this project, it can be useful.
However, one suggestion I have for you is to use one sponge section or dauber for each color. Don’t mix your colors, as you may just end up with a color you were not expecting!
