Something Floral for JOS Blog Hop – May 2020
Today is Blog Hop day for Joy of Sets… and I am really excited to share this floral creation with you. I used the Forever Lovely stamp set, which sadly is retiring this year at the end of the catalog. So, since I never feel like I use a set enough, I had to use today!
When I started to create for this blog post, I really wanted to fill the card with color and life!
This set is beautiful all by itself. It does have a coordinating die set, that cuts lovely embellishments for cards as well. But, for today’s project it’s just the stamps! Sometimes all you need are stamps, this project is a good example of a SIP card.
SIP = Stamps, Ink and Paper.
The project today features some two-step stamping and background stamping. Two-step stamping in my project with the leaves and then the flowers. The background stamping is done with the hearts image. You will have a better idea of what I mean when you watch the Show & Tell video.
After you watch the video, and leave me a comment below. I just love getting comments, be it something you loved about the project, or something you learned. Be sure to hop on to the next blog in our series today. The link is below with the next blogger, and the full list is below as well.
