Card 3 of the Card Class of the Month
Thanks with Magnolia Lane Suite is the third card of the Card Class of the Month. We steal a flower from the DSP panel on the top of this card, to feature it on Card 2 – Hello with Magnolia Lane. I decided instead of cutting that Designer Series Paper into lots of tiny bits for the flowers, I wanted to try and use a larger portion and then save the piece for another card. That is how we landed here.
So as I take you through the Show & Tell today, I will show you how I “steal” pieces from a couple of layers to make the focal point for this card. I also will show you the Fine Tip Glue technique to make your flower look glossy or finished with a glass look. It may be a lot of bits and pieces but in the end we get a great card that features lots of print, textures, and all of it coordinates with the color choices.

“It’s your card, make it your way!”
Always remember this saying… because it is your card when you are making it. Even if you are CASING a card from another designer. You choose whether or not you like the Fine Tip Glue Finish Technique. If you do, try it and use it when you can. If you don’t, don’t worry about it. We all like different things.
